CONCLUSION

There is definite improvement in the academic standard, communication skills in English and discipline of the students as reported by the teachers, parents and observed by me. But there is still room and need for improvement to bring the school to a higher pedestal as envisaged by me, a school of high standards and repute. This requires some definite changes in the system and can be achieved by improving the quality of our teaching – learning process, closer monitoring of the academic activities, arranging more training sessions for the teachers on CCE and giving awareness to the parents on the assessment system.

Before I conclude the report, I like to place on record the unstinted support of the management team and my colleagues in all areas of activities of the school. The Parents and well-wishers have always come up with valuable suggestions and advice. While I thank them for whatever they have done to help the school, I solicit their continued co-operation in the coming years also.

This report will not be complete without complimenting the efforts of our Chairman, HG Dr.Mor Severios in bringing up the school to this level. His Grace has been whole-heartedly supporting the school financially and has always been extending total co-operation and support in whatever improvements and additions that we wanted to make for the betterment of the school. It is my fervent prayer that the Almighty gives him good health in the years to come so that he fulfils his dream of providing quality education and serve this society through his various noble and charitable projects.

Whatever we have achieved during this year was because of God’s Grace . We thank the Almighty for all His blessings and pray for His continuous guidance to greater heights of Glory in the coming years.

Thank you very much
